Planning your week in advance can be a game changer. It can not only help you to stay focused throughout the week but ensure that your time is being used well (investing in the things that truly matter to you). Here's how to do it: #1: GET A PLANNER First things first. Get a planner or find a way to organize your week, thoughts, and plans. If you like a digital planner, check out Trello or Evernote. #2: CHOOSE A DAY TO PLAN Pick a day to plan. This is a crucial step. If you don't take the time to sit down & plan what your week will look like, you'll find yourself going into another week without a plan. I love to plan my week on Sunday nights, but choose a day & time that works best for you!
