12 Morning Self-Inquiry Questions

Self-study or self-inquiry is an opportunity for you to explore all that is within you that is asking to be heard, acknowledged, and understood. It's a pathway into transforming into the person that you desire to be and a process of allowing your most authentic self to radiate.

These 12 questions are best practiced in the morning, before you look at your phone and before you start your day.

Take your time, allow yourself to be curious. Dig in.

#1: What do I love about my life? (list as many as possible)

#2: What do I feel is missing from my life right now?

#3: Where do I want to be in 5 years?

#4: When am I the happiest version of me?

#5: What do love doing?

#6: What am I afraid to do?

#7: Which 5 people in my life make me the happiest?

#8: What steps am I taking to reach my goals?

#9: Am I doing all that I can to reach my goals?

#10: How can I improve my daily routines?

#11: How can I improve my relationship with myself?

#12: What steps can I take to be the most confident version of myself?

Now, take a deep breath.

You did great.
