The Well Studio was born for all humans to commune more deeply with themselves, with one another, and with the world. At TWS, we believe that your mat can be your safe space — a space to engage in body-mind connection while tapping into the beauty of life moving in and around you. As a yogi from a young age, Marissa guides her students from the philosophy and deep knowing that the ancient traditions of yoga are a healing science and art form designed for personal transformation. Her heart behind creating The Well Studio was to open up  a container of peace for individuals to meet themselves on their mat, to experience life as it unfolds and to never feel like they have to do it alone.

Caring for your nervous system is an integral part of your wellbeing. Nervous system care can feel overwhelming at first, but I promise it’s actually quite simplistic. Caring for your nervous system is a natural response that your body knows how to navigate — it’s just that you may have forgotten, or you may be unpracticed from living your life in a way that prioritizes your rest, recalibration, and self-restoration. The benefits of caring for your nervous system are probably what you’ve been craving but may not have known how to find or actually embody — a sense of peace, clarity, confidence, groundedness, motivation, and self-love.
