The Mindfulness Training hosted by Marissa Nash, Founder of The Well Studio will be a supportive environment for you to explore the inner workings of who you are, make real shifts in how you operate in the world, and find encouragement from both Marissa as your trainer and the group as a whole as you dig in & do the work.
You can expect to learn how to live a more mindful live, how to listen to the wisdom of your mind, body, and soul, and how to make more intentional decisions in all areas of your life.
Sessions will be held on Monday nights from 7:30-9:00pm EST
DATES: January 11th, January 18th, February 1st, February 8th, February 15th, February 22nd
Session #1: Introduction to meditation & mindfulness and developing your personal 6 week mindfulness plan
Session #2: Mindfulness meditation and lifestyle design
Session #3: Mantra meditation for inner peace
Session #4: Breathwork for transformation
Session #5: Living mindfully in our world
Session #6: Mindful movement and integrating your personal practice
COST: $675 // deposit required to hold your space [$150 deposit]
